Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions for booking and renting boats offered by CLAPI BOATS, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties involved.Acceptance of the GTC
Any booking made on the website clapiboats.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the client.Services Offered
CLAPI BOATS offers boat rentals with or without crew, as well as related services (excursions, private events, customized services).Booking Conditions
Any booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit payment and confirmation from CLAPI BOATS.
The balance must be paid prior to boarding, according to the terms specified in the booking confirmation.Rates and Payment
Prices are displayed in euros and include VAT.
The rental price includes the boat and basic equipment unless otherwise specified.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or any other method indicated on the website.Cancellation and Refunds
If the client cancels:
More than 30 days before the rental date: 50% refund of the deposit.
Less than 30 days before the rental date: no refund.
If CLAPI BOATS cancels due to weather or technical reasons, a rescheduling or full refund will be offered.
Client Obligations
The client must comply with safety rules and skipper instructions.
Any damage to the boat or equipment will be charged to the client.
If rented without a skipper, the client must present a valid boating license and demonstrate navigation skills.Insurance and Liability
CLAPI BOATS insures its boats for civil liability and damages.
Clients may purchase additional insurance to cover damages, delays, or cancellations caused by themselves.Force Majeure
CLAPI BOATS cannot be held liable for service failure due to force majeure (extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).Claims and Disputes
Any claim must be submitted in writing to CLAPI BOATS within 7 days following the service. In case of dispute, parties will seek an amicable solution. Otherwise, competent courts will be those at CLAPI BOATS’ registered office.Governing Law
