\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. Purpose<\/strong> The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) is to define the terms and conditions for booking and chartering the boats offered by CLAPI BOATS, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.<\/p>

2. Acceptance of T&Cs<\/strong> All bookings made on the clapiboats.com website imply full acceptance of these terms and conditions by the customer.<\/p>

3. Services<\/strong> CLAPI BOATS offers boat rental with or without crew, as well as associated services (excursions, private events, customized services).<\/p>

4. Booking Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

  • All bookings become effective after confirmation by CLAPI BOATS and receipt of the deposit.<\/p><\/li>

  • The balance must be paid prior to embarkation as indicated on the booking confirmation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    5. Rates and payment<\/strong><\/p>

    • Prices are in euros and include VAT.<\/p><\/li>

    • The rental price includes the boat and basic equipment, unless otherwise stated.<\/p><\/li>

    • Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or any other method indicated on the site.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      6. Cancellation and refund<\/strong><\/p>

      • If the client cancels more than 30 days before the sailing date, the deposit paid will be retained by CLAPI BOATS. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the sailing date, the full amount paid will be retained. In case of cancellation due to weather or technical reasons attributable to CLAPI BOATS, a full refund or a reservation postponement will be offered.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        7. Customer's obligations<\/strong><\/p>

        • The customer must respect the skipper's safety rules and instructions.<\/p><\/li>

        • Any damage to the boat or its equipment will be billed to the customer.<\/p><\/li>

        • If the boat is rented without a skipper, the customer must present a valid boating license and demonstrate sailing skills.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          8. Insurance and liability<\/strong><\/p>

          • CLAPI BOATS insures its boats against civil liability and damage.<\/p><\/li>

          • The customer can take out additional insurance to cover damage, delays or cancellations caused by the customer.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            9. Force Majeure<\/strong> CLAPI BOATS cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of providing the service due to force majeure (extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).<\/p>

            10. Claims and disputes<\/strong> All complaints must be sent in writing to CLAPI BOATS within 7 days of the service. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of CLAPI BOATS' registered office.<\/p>

            11. Applicable law<\/strong> These terms and conditions are governed by French law.<\/p>
